Anthony Frizelle is the Founder and Managing Director of Resource Management and Finance Company Ltd. He previously served as Chairman, International, of Rand Mines International and CEO of Trilon Pacific, a Canadian Merchant Bank focused on developing resource opportunities to supply Asian economies. Tony has held senior positions with Anglo American Corp. and Phibro-Salomon group, where he was the Managing Director of Structured Finance. He served as a Director of Cardero Resources Corp., a publicly traded corporation listed on the TSX, AMEX, and FSE, and as Chairman and Director of Golden Knight Resources (previously Mutual Resources), a publicly traded corporation listed on the Vancouver Stock Exchange. Most recently Tony was President and Chief Executive Officer of Nu Energy Uranium Corporation.

Laurie Mutch, M.Sc., Physics

Laurie Mutch is a management consultant and founder and Chief Executive Officer of Laurie Mutch & Associates Limited, a company which has provided advice on governance, strategic planning, business development and change management to multi-national organizations since 1999. He has 25 years experience in the energy industry with the Royal Dutch/Shell Group where he served on the Board of Shell International Gas & Power, as Executive Director for business development in the Eastern Hemisphere, leading the commercial appraisal and development of all Shell's gas and power projects in the Middle East, South Asia, China, the Philippines and the Russian Far East. Prior to this role, Laurie was the Finance Director of Shell International Gas, and Principal Executive to the International Energy Agency's Coal Industry Advisory Board (CIAB), a forum of coal industry leaders and a main source of advice for coal policy matters to the International Energy Agency in Paris. He served as Chief Financial Officer of Nu Energy Uranium Corporation and is currently a director of Quadrise Fuels International, where he serves on the Remuneration Committee and holds the position of Chairman of the Audit Committee.

George Mihaleto, B. Law

George Mihaleto has an extensive background in resource commodities. He was the CEO for Odyssey Resources Limited, a junior exploration company listed on the TSXV, a Commodity Trader for Glencore, specializing in ferro alloys and base metals, Marketing Consultant for Ameropa Metals AG and General Manager, Marketing and Raw Material Procurement for Chambishi Marketing Plc. and for Anglovaal Mining Ltd. both of Johannesburg, South Africa.

John N. Lauderdale, B. Sc. (Hons), Geology
VP Project Development
John Lauderdale has 24 years experience in base and precious metal exploration, predominantly in Central and South Africa , from Target Generation through to Feasibility level studies. As Manager, New Business for Ivanhoe Nickel & Platinum Ltd. (South Africa) he was in charge of identifying, assessing and acquiring base and precious metal projects derived from target generation and project submittals, with an African and South American emphasis. As an Exploration Manager for African Minerals Corp., John was responsible for all facets of initiating and conducting exploration programmes, from recruitment and equipment procurement, to programme implementation and operation. He graduated in 1983 from the University of Bristol, England, obtaining a B.Sc. (Hons.) in Geology. John has held various positions as Geologist, Senior Geologist and later Divisional Geologist with Johannesburg Consolidated Investment Co. ( Zambia ) Ltd., Johannesburg Consolidated Investment Co. Ltd., and L.G. Mouchel & Partners. John is a Chartered Geologist – Fellow of the Geological Society of London, a member of the Geological Society of South Africa and a full member of the British Schools Exploring Society.

Richard Giel, CA

Richard Giel has extensive background in finance as a consultant providing accounting and tax services to various private and public companies. He was Chief Financial Officer and a Director of CNW Group Limited, formerly Canada NewsWire Ltd., a consultant with HCC Global Systems Limited and Vice President and General Manager, Messaging & Data for Rogers Wireless Inc. and Rogers Cantel Inc.

K. William Mengot, MA, MBA
General Manager, Cameroon
William Mengot has an MA in international relations and an MBA. He has 20 years’ experience in project management and consulting in Africa and other developing countries and has also worked as a United Nations coordinator. He is Regional Vice President for Nu Energy Corporation.

Bob Bondy, BA, LL.B
Secretary & Director
Robert A. Bondy graduated from the University of Windsor in 1967 with a B.A. degree and from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1968 with an LL.B. degree. He was admitted to the Ontario Bar in 1970 after which he joined, and subsequently became a Partner of, Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP. where practiced in the Securities and Corporate Law Group in the Blakes Toronto office. Bob’s practice involved acting for public and private companies, as well as investment dealers, with a particular focus on public and private offerings of securities, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory requirements, corporate reorganization and corporate governance. He is a Director of Guyana Goldfields and Canuc Resources Corporation and former Secretary for Nu Energy Uranium Corporation.
